Requirements
  • Significant portable business.
  • Extensive branded biotech and/or pharmaceutical patent prosecution experience
  • Ph.D. or other advanced scientific degree strongly preferred
  • USPTO registration and state bar where practicing required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and expand client relationships
  • Experience counseling biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, universities, and research institutions
