Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $42,000 to $52,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinates daily operations within the legal department. 
  • Manages, maintains, and updates content in Legal SharePoint. 
  • Develops and maintains corporate legal organizational charts. 
  • Supports training and onboarding of new hires across the Legal department. 
  • Manages legal proxy inbox for contract copy requests from internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance, account teams). 
  • Uploads legacy contracts and complete agreement record metadata in Contract Lifecycle Management system. 
  • Populates contract notes, scope summaries, and key terms into agreement metadata. 
  • Validates new contract entries for completeness and accuracy. 
  • Monitors user behavior across Legal to ensure consistent and proper use of the Contract Lifecycle Management system. 
  • Ensures critical contract obligations (e.g., renewals, terminations, SLAs) are documented and easily reportable. 
  • Produces weekly reports on contract status flow, processing exceptions, and data inconsistencies. 
  • Coordinates quarterly cleanup cycles and regular contract “health checks” of the Contract Lifecycle Management system. 
  • Supports and manages the repository housing legal content and standard responses. 
  • Maintains contract templates, record types, and metadata as business and legal needs evolve. 
  • Assists in responding to due diligence and supplier questionnaires.
