We are seeking a Legal Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Legal Operations Administrator will support the smooth and efficient operation of the Legal department by handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. A key responsibility will be managing and triaging our legal ticketing system to ensure timely response and resolution of internal legal requests. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and wants to be part of a collaborative and high-performing legal team. This position reports to the SVP, Legal.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and triage the Legal team's ticketing queue; assign requests to appropriate team members and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor ticket trends and generate reports to help the team improve workflow and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for legal operations, including document management, data entry, contract filing, and e-signature coordination.
- Assist with the intake and tracking of legal requests, contracts, NDAs, and other agreements.
- Support special projects and initiatives to enhance legal operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help optimize legal tools and technology, including CLM, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Deal Desk, Procurement, HR, and Finance to streamline legal processes.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Studies or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a legal support, legal operations, or administrative role; in-house legal department experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Experience with legal technology and collaboration tools (e.g., DocuSign, Microsoft Office, Slack).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Team player with a commitment to developing solid relationships with legal colleagues, clients and cross-functional teams.
This position offers a total compensation range of $86,800.00 to $96,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
