This internship is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our Corporate Legal team. This internship is a great opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience working with an in-house legal team and to see how legal work supports the day-to-day operations of a business.

Here’s What You’ll Do:   

• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on corporate, regulatory, employment, and commercial law topics.
• Assisting with the review and drafting of commercial agreements, policies, and internal legal documents.
• Supporting corporate governance initiatives and internal compliance efforts.
• Participating in contract review processes and learning how legal risk is evaluated and managed.
• Attending internal meetings with business teams to observe how legal and operational decisions are made.
• Assisting attorneys with ongoing projects and strategic initiatives across the legal department.
• Preparing summaries, presentations, and research materials to support legal analysis and business decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table:  

• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated analytical ability
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Interest in corporate law, business operations, or in-house practice.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

This internship offers an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour.
