- Knowledge Management & Portal Architecture: Architect, build, and maintain centralized, self-service knowledge portals and smart resource hubs (e.g. Ask Legal, Confluence, internal playbooks, FAQs) for global legal and business inquiries.
- Process Optimization & Workflow Automation: Map, optimize, and automate end-to-end legal workflows, contract lifecycles, standardized guidance, and intake triage to eliminate operational bottlenecks and ensure global consistency.
- AI Innovation, Implementation & Enablement: Evaluate, pilot, and deploy advanced AI solutions (e.g. automated redlining, contract metadata extraction, prompt engineering, custom AI playbooks) and lead change management, training, and adoption for tools like Wordsmith, Claude, Google Workspace/Gemini, and NotebookLM.
- Data Analytics, Dashboarding & Continuous Improvement: Design, build, and report on comprehensive KPI dashboards for leadership, tracking process cycle times, portal usage, and contract turnaround times to deliver actionable strategic insights.
- Vendor & Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Commercial Legal, Tech, and business stakeholders while managing strategic technical relationships with vendors, evaluating new tools, handling user permissions, and ensuring system uptime, security, and data governance.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, with a strong emphasis on technology strategy, AI implementation, systems engineering, or technical product management in a legal context.
- Proven track record of executing complex technical implementations and scaling global legal enablement, knowledge management, and intake systems.
- Hands-on experience administering and integrating enterprise legal technologies, including CLM systems, e-signature tools, CRM platforms, and workflow automation engines.
- Deep familiarity and hands-on technical proficiency with AI tools, prompt engineering, playbook configuration, and metadata extraction (e.g., Wordsmith, Ask Legal, NotebookLM, Claude, Google Workspace/Gemini).
- Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and building KPI dashboards to measure operational impact.
- Technical problem-solving mindset with solid knowledge of legal data privacy, security, and governance standards.
