  • Strong communicator able to translate legal issues clearly for non-legal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and under pressure, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • General understanding of data protection laws is a plus

What you’ll be doing in the role

  • Lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Maintain and improve standard terms, templates, and contracting processes to speed up deal cycles.
  • Support RFPs and tender submissions, particularly for government and academic institutions.
  • Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop contracting playbooks, training materials, and scalable legal workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and other key stakeholders to support commercial aims and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate work with external counsel when needed.
  • Advise on labor and employment law, and worker classification
  • Advise on broader commercial matters as they arise, including marketing, IP, and consumer issues.
