Description

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%.

As a Legal Counsel, you will support commercial, corporate, and employment-related legal matters, working closely with various business functions. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts, implementing legal best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Hybrid Model: 3 days a week from our Boston office. We are based in a Modern office in the Financial District, fostering a culture of mentorship and face-to-face collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, technology, and commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
  • Provide legal support to sales, procurement, finance, HR, and other business units.
  • Advise on corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with management on legal strategies and business solutions.
  • Develop and scale legal processes to support Coralogix’s global expansion.
  • Implement legal tech tools to improve efficiency and contract management.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and security regulations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a high-tech company (law firm experience from a top-tier high-tech practice is a plus).
  • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in SaaS/technology transactions.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical, risk-based legal advice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for technology and legal innovation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support a global business.

Compensation and rewards

  • The on-target earnings range for this role is $120,000-$160,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
