We are seeking experienced Legal and Commercial professionals with backgrounds in legal operations, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, or related areas. In this role, you will review, assess, and provide structured feedback on professional documents and work products within your area of expertise.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate legal, commercial, compliance, and contract-related documents.
- Assess documents and professional work products for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and relevance.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, omissions, contractual risks, and areas requiring improvement.
- Provide clear, objective, and structured feedback based on established evaluation criteria.
- Apply professional judgment and domain expertise when assessing complex materials.
- Compare work products against defined standards, requirements, and best practices.
- Document findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Follow project-specific guidelines and maintain consistency across evaluation tasks.
- Work independently while meeting established quality and turnaround expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in legal, commercial, compliance, contracts, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or gaps in professional documents.
- Ability to interpret complex information and provide well-reasoned assessments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong document review, analysis, and evaluation skills.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts, legal documentation, or compliance materials.
- Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and apply them consistently.
- Strong written reasoning and feedback capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with commercial agreements, contract management, legal operations, compliance, procurement, or business affairs.
- Familiarity with agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, or partnership agreements.
- Experience identifying contractual obligations, commercial risks, and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to contract lifecycle management or document management platforms.
- Background in legal services, consulting, corporate commercial functions, or regulatory environments is a plus.
- Candidates must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Canada.
- Strong English reading and writing skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
