Top Skills: FintechSaaSWealth Management

At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.
What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do. We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.
As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve.
Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

This role is either remote or hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

We’re seeking a Junior Legal Associate to help support Advisor360°’s next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the company to support legal operations, contract management, and compliance efforts - bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their legal career who wants hands-on exposure to fintech, SaaS, and in-house legal work while helping build scalable processes that enable the business to move forward with confidence.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Contract Review & Commercial Support
    • Review, draft, and negotiate low-to-moderate risk commercial agreements, including:
      • NDAs
      • Vendor agreements
      • SaaS agreements
      • Professional services agreements
      • Basic customer contracts
    • Identify legal risk, escalate issues appropriately, and propose business-practical alternatives.
    • Manage contract workflows and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Ops.
  • Legal Research & Issue Spotting
    • Conduct targeted legal research on discrete questions (statutory, regulatory, contractual).
    • Summarize findings in clear, decision-oriented formats (not law-review memos).
    • Flag regulatory or compliance issues early to senior counsel.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Serve as a first-line legal contact for routine questions from internal stakeholders.
    • Translate legal concepts into plain-English guidance.
    • Maintain responsiveness and service orientation without compromising risk posture.
  • Legal Operations & Process
    • Maintain contract templates and playbooks.
    • Help improve legal workflows, intake systems, and matter tracking.
    • Coordinate with outside counsel on discrete matters (research, drafting, document collection).

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong grounding in: contract law, commercial transactions, basic corporate law concepts
  • Ability to read contracts holistically, not clause-by-clause in isolation.
  • Knows the difference between: Risk worth flagging vs. risk worth escalating, legal theory vs. business reality
  • Understands that “no” is rarely the final answer.
  • Efficient legal research using primary sources.
  • Produces concise, actionable summaries (1–2 pages, bullets, executive framing).
  • Business Mindset: Thinks like an in-house advisor, not an academic or litigator. Understands company goals, timelines, and commercial pressures.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communicator.
  • Can explain legal issues to non-lawyers without condescension or hedging.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
