As a Learning Lead III in the Corporate Sector, you will develop and execute JPMorgan Chase learning strategies to support firmwide strategic initiatives. You will lead business planning discussions in partnership with Human Resources, conduct learning needs assessments and performance consulting for newly identified needs, evaluate, enhance, and maintain existing programs, and curate content.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and address strategic learning needs while also ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project.
  • Design and implement innovative learning strategies that enhance business performance and outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous development and growth.
  • Develops detailed project plans that outlines the scope, objectives, timeline and resources, including defining project goals and deliverables.
  • Lead and motivate project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring team members have the necessary skills and tools to complete their work, while mitigating and removing obstacles.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of best-in-class training programs by leveraging subject matter experts (SMEs) within the business, providing ongoing coaching and development to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver ongoing updates to senior leaders, focusing on strategic outcomes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to learning and development.
  • Consults with client to conduct current state assessment, gap analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Creates evaluation/testing/measurement strategy, ensures impact is measurable.
  • Evaluates training based on Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation.
  • Manages all aspects of training projects through the ADDIE model.
  • Holds subject matter experts and others accountable for content delivery, review and approval deadlines, escalates appropriately.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 7+ years in Human Resources/Learning Development space.
  • Creative visionary with a passion for learning and professional development with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization including the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior level management; proven influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strategic relationships, in a highly matrixed organization at all levels.
  • Experience with agile ways of working and the ability to promote an agile mindset.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or Consulting space.
  • Experience in project management or a related field with understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
