Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Programme Coordinator to lead three high-impact strategic initiatives: a Mentoring Programme, a Language Upskilling Programme, and a “Future Leaders” Talent Management Programme.
This role carries end-to-end responsibility - from needs analysis and programme design through to governance, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact delivery. Working in a dynamic, matrix environment, you will ensure these initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities during a period of transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of three strategic development programmes (Mentoring, Language Upskilling, Future Leaders)
- Define governance models, KPIs, success metrics, timelines, and communication plans across all initiatives
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align programmes with strategic objectives
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and programme kick-offs (including Mentoring Programme launch by May 2026)
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver structured reporting and final evaluation summaries
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing complex Engagement & Development initiatives in organisations of 1,000+ employees
- Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering mentoring, upskilling (ideally language-focused), and talent/leadership development programmes
- Strong project management capability with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical, measurable HR solutions
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken)
Bonus Points For
- Experience working within a transforming or evolving organizational environment
- Background in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or related discipline
- Experience building structured talent identification frameworks and assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with external learning providers and blended learning models
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations
- Fluent Polish (written and spoken)
