🌟 Your Impact at Lila
As our Human Potential Architect (Learning and Development Lead), you’ll join us as the fourth member of our global Human Resonance team—Lila’s approach to People & Culture. This is a foundational role for someone who thrives on building programs from scratch, thinks like a designer, and can translate vision into systems that scale.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Human Resonance to bring to life the developmental backbone of our Human Outcome Optimization strategy—an ambitious new approach to performance, progression, and growth. You’ll also play a critical role in the launch of our new HRIS, helping to build the skills inventory, mentoring programs, internal mobility design, and more.
This is a M3/M4 individual contributor role—ideal for someone who wants to shape, build, test, and launch programs that will support thousands of people over time.
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)

🧰 What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Builder Mentality: You’re energized by blank slates. You’ve launched programs from scratch, rebuilt broken systems, or turned early ideas into something that lasts.

- Technical Fluency: You’re comfortable with LMS platforms, HRIS data structures, and digital tools. Experience with skills frameworks, learning libraries, or mentoring software is a plus.
- Startup Agility: You’ve worked in early-stage companies or fast-scaling environments. You’re not thrown off by ambiguity—you move through it with clarity and speed.
- Collaborative Confidence: You know how to partner with senior leaders while building strong relationships across all levels. You bring people into the process and make them feel heard.
- No Formal Requirements: We care most about how you think and what you’ve built. No specific degree or credential is required for this role. We welcome people with unconventional paths.
