Resilinc | Innovation with Purpose. Intelligence with Impact.

The Learning Content & Digital Adoption Specialist plays a key role in driving product adoption and customer enablement through high-impact, multi-modal learning content. Reporting to the Learning Experience Design Manager, this individual will leverage learning science, creative storytelling, and AI-enhanced content workflows to produce compelling in-platform, micro-learning, and video experiences.

The ideal candidate blends instructional design sensibility with a digital adoption mindset — knowing how to choose the right format for each learning moment to help users adopt new features quickly and confidently. Secondary responsibilities include supporting the LMS and certification programs to ensure cohesive learning journeys across all modalities.

What You Will Do

Multi-Modal Learning Content Development

  • Design and develop short-form, engaging learning experiences that drive product adoption: in-app messaging, interactive walkthroughs, micro-videos, and quick-reference guides.
  • Use data and product analytics to identify adoption gaps and design learning interventions that address them.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate storyboarding, scripting, localization, and content variant creation.
  • Apply principles of learning experience design and behavioral science to deliver just-in-time, user-centric content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Resilinc’s tone, accessibility, and brand guidelines.

Digital Adoption Enablement

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to translate product updates into targeted learning moments.
  • Build and deploy in-platform learning experiences (tooltips, flows, guides) using digital adoption tools
  • Measure impact of content and interventions on key adoption metrics: activation rate, time-to-value, and feature engagement.
  • Iterate content based on analytics, experiments, and user feedback.

LMS and Certification Support

  • Assist with the configuration and maintenance of the LMS, including uploading courses, managing users, and reporting on engagement.
  • Support certification and structured learning programs in partnership with the Learning Experience Design Manager.
  • Align formal courseware with in-product learning moments to create seamless learning journeys.

Learning Analytics and Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs for content effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Leverage data from product analytics, LMS reports, and surveys to assess learning impact.
  • Continuously evolve content strategy based on results, trends, and emerging learning technologies.
  • Stay current with best practices in AI-enabled content design, digital adoption, and micro-learning.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with SaaS or AI-powered products.
  • Basic media editing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in learning content development, customer education, or digital adoption.
  • Proven ability to produce multi-format content — video, in-app guidance, quick reference visuals, and micro-learning modules.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-based tools for content ideation, drafting, and localization.
  • Understanding of product adoption metrics and learning analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and LMS systems.
  • Strong written, visual, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and accessibility.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience designing or integrating learning agents, chatbots, or virtual tutors for training and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering for LLM-based learning interactions.
  • Experience supporting certification or learning pathways in an LMS.
  • Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
