As Revecore’s Learning and Development Director, you will:  
Play a critical role in building the capabilities of Revecore’s people and leaders. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating development programs that drive performance, support career growth, and build future-ready skills. The L&D leader also owns Revecore’s performance management processes, ensuring a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and growth. As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you will bring strategic insight, expertise, and a passion for unlocking the full potential of our people in a high-growth, high-accountability environment. 
 
The Role:

 

Learning and Development 

  • Develop a comprehensive learning strategy and curriculum for leaders, managers, and team members that aligns to Revecore’s business goals.
  • Design and facilitate engaging training using adult learning methodologies (role plays, case studies, e-learning, blended experiences).
  • Integrate AI technologies into the learning strategy to identify skill gaps, tailor development pathways, and measure the impact of learning programs on business outcomes.
  • Embed change management into all learning initiatives to accelerate adoption of new processes, technology, and ways of working.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify critical skills gaps and emerging needs, then build scalable solutions to close them.
  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership and manager development programs that reinforce accountability, feedback, and high performance.
  • Own and manage the LMS experience, ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with future-ready skills (digital, analytics, AI).
  • Curate a dynamic and informative new hire experience that accelerates onboarding, fosters early engagement, and equips employees for success.

Performance Management 

  • Lead the design and execution of Revecore’s performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and continuous feedback.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to ensure performance conversations are clear, consistent, and growth-oriented.
  • Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources that support effective goal setting, feedback, career conversations, and reviews.
  • Use analytics to identify performance trends and insights that inform talent strategy and business decisions.
  • Ensure performance practices are equitable, transparent, and aligned with Revecore’s values, culture, and evolving business needs.

Culture, Engagement & Measurement 

  • Connect learning and performance programs to engagement and retention outcomes, ensuring they foster belonging, inclusion, and alignment with company values.
  • Build measurement frameworks and dashboards to assess the ROI of L&D and performance initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Act as a visible champion for accountability, growth, and high performance across the organization.

You’ll be successful if you have: 

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, and performance management.
  • Proven success designing and delivering high-impact learning programs across multiple formats (virtual, in-person, self-paced).
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within corporate learning, workforce development, or talent management environments.
  • Strong grasp of instructional design, adult learning principles, and change management.
  • Experience leading the performance management process, including calibration and leadership development.
  • Skilled in using analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and tie outcomes to business performance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; strong facilitator with executive presence.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with competing priorities and ambitious goals.

Work at Home Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.   
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required. 
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
