The Learning Coordinator supports the Learning & Development function at Fusion Health by managing the operational, logistical, and system-based work that enables high-quality training delivery. This role ensures that learning programs are well-coordinated, documented, and scalable, allowing Learning Specialists and Trainers to focus on instruction, content, and learner experience. The Learning Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence across internal and client-facing training programs, particularly within fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare and correctional environments.


Learning Operations & Coordination 

  • Coordinate training schedules, sessions, facilitators, and resources for virtual and onsite learning programs 
  • Manage logistics for internal training, client training, onboarding, and go-live support activities 
  • Support day-to-day operational needs of the Learning & Development team to ensure smooth execution 

LMS & Systems Support 

  • Support LMS administration including enrollments, course assignments, completion tracking, and reporting 
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of learner records, course catalogs, and training data 
  • Assist with basic LMS troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed 

Documentation & Content Management 

  • Maintain learning documentation, templates, playbooks, and content repositories 
  • Support version control and ensure training materials remain current as the Fusion EHR evolves 
  • Organize and standardize training resources to support scalability and consistency 

Communication & Learner Support 

  • Assist with training-related communications including invitations, reminders, follow-ups, and announcements 
  • Serve as a point of contact for learners and internal stakeholders regarding scheduling, access, and logistics 
  • Support onboarding logistics for new team members, trainers, or learners 

Process Improvement & Scalability 

  • Identify opportunities to improve learning operations, workflows, and administrative processes 
  • Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for learning delivery and coordination 
  • Contribute to initiatives that reduce administrative friction and improve efficiency across the L&D function 


Who You Are:

  • Experience in coordination, operations, training support, or administrative roles (learning, healthcare, or technology environments preferred) 
  • Familiarity with LMS platform, preferably Docebo, and comfort working with learning systems and data 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment 
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and shared documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) 


Additional Details:

  • This role can be based at our Woodbridge, NJ HQ or fully remote.
  • Travel to client sites will be required; Approximately 25% travel is expected, though actual amount may vary based on client needs, project timelines, and staffing coverage. Candidates should be comfortable with both planned travel and occasional last-minute travel when business needs require it.
  • Salary is commensurate with experience. Please include compensation expectations in your application.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.


Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000.
  • At Fusion, our salary ranges are designed to be competitive within our size and industry. Compensation is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package that also includes benefits, flexibility, and growth opportunities.
  • Individual pay decisions are informed by several factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skillset, and internal equity across the organization. While we expect most offers to fall within the stated range, each compensation decision is made thoughtfully, with consideration for both the candidate’s unique profile and our commitment to pay parity.
