What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Leading Hand for our Wastewater Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business, focusing on a newly awarded Sydney Water project. This role is based in Seven Hills with worksites across Metropolitan Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the safe and productive renewal of waste water pipelines and maintenance points on various sites in western Sydney

  • Undertaking sewer repairs works including excavation and repair of sewer pipelines and maintenance hole alterations/rehabilitation

  • Management of plant, equipment, and materials to successfully deliver projects

  • Communicating effectively with your team and stakeholders

  • Ensuring the site is running as safely as possible

  • Following policy and procedures

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Experience and willingness to work on small and large projects of varying complexity across Metropolitan Sydney

  • Valid drivers license

  • Trade qualifications highly desirable

  • White Card

  • Confined Space Entry Qualification

  • Working at Heights Qualification

  • Excavator and various other plant tickets
