Reporting to the Emerging Technology Leader, the Data & Analytics Leader is responsible for executing ERAC's enterprise data and analytics strategy and translating strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with business leaders and Digital Technology to implement high-value initiatives, advance governance and stewardship capabilities, increase adoption of analytics and AI, and strengthen ERAC's data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Data & Analytics Enablement
- Enable successful execution of ERAC's data and analytics strategy by establishing the processes, governance practices, skills, and community support necessary for delivery teams to execute effectively.
- Contribute expertise to data, reporting, analytics, governance, and AI initiatives while partnering with project teams and business stakeholders to drive consistency, adoption, and business value.
- Promote reuse of standards, tools, methodologies, and lessons learned across initiatives to improve delivery effectiveness and reduce duplication of effort.
- Develop organizational capabilities that increase the success and sustainability of data and analytics investments.
Data Governance & Stewardship
- Lead the development and growth of business-led data governance and stewardship capabilities.
- Build and scale a business-led Data Champion community by developing the operating model, required skills, engagement processes, and supporting technologies that drive adoption, accountability, and a data-driven culture across ERAC.
- Ensure governance practices support business needs while enabling AI-ready data capabilities.
Transformation Leadership
- Lead organizational change efforts associated with data, analytics, and governance.
- Build stakeholder alignment and drive adoption across business functions.
- Influence decision making and organizational behavior without relying on formal authority.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executive stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Communicate complex concepts in clear business terms.
- Facilitate conversations involving competing priorities and organizational change.
- Support executive decision making with clear recommendations and outcome-focused communication.
Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data & analytics, business transformation, governance, operational excellence, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success executing cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead enterprise initiatives without direct authority.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building partnerships across business and technology teams.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, complexity, and organizational change.
- Experience implementing governance, stewardship, analytics enablement, or related enterprise capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or above
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Purview, Copilot, SQL, Python, and modern analytics platforms.
- Experience leading governance, stewardship, analytics enablement, AI adoption, or organizational transformation programs.
- Lean, change management, business transformation, or operational excellence experience.
Additional Information:
The base pay range for this position is $152,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 26th, 2026.
