About Our Team

The Wholesale Planning team partners with Merchandising, Marketplace, and Sales to build assortment, allocation, and replenishment strategies that maximize full‑price sell‑through across wholesale partners in the US. The team balances commercial rigor with brand priorities to ensure Converse product is available, relevant, and compelling in key accounts.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Lead, Wholesale Planning US to own wholesale demand planning, allocation strategy, and inventory optimization for the US wholesale business. You bring strong analytical skills, wholesale planning experience, and the ability to influence cross‑functional partners to drive profitable growth and marketplace excellence.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead wholesale demand planning and forecasting for US wholesale partners.
  • Build and manage seasonal wholesale plans aligned with merchandising, marketing, and account strategies.
  • Develop allocation and replenishment strategies to maximize full‑price sell‑through and minimize inventory risk.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Account Management to translate sell‑in plans into actionable allocations.
  • Analyze sell‑through, inventory health, and account performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support seasonal launch readiness, including forecasting, allocation modeling, and inventory contingency planning.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Marketplace, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory flow.
  • Maintain planning tools, reporting dashboards, and seasonal calendars.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on wholesale performance, inventory strategy, and account-level opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 6+ years of experience in wholesale planning, demand planning, inventory management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale business models, account dynamics, and retail sell‑through drivers.
  • Proven ability to build forecasting models, allocation strategies, and inventory optimization plans.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Passion for driving commercial results and the Converse brand.
