As a Lead Technical Program Manager in CORPORATE SECTOR - INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORMS, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery. 
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
  • Assuming traditional PM duties such as scheduling, status meetings, reporting & presentations/briefings

  • Comply with service-level reporting & tracking duties across platforms such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Clarity, etc.

  • Specialize in either design, implementation and/or support of technology infrastructure (compute, facilities and/or networking)

  • Responsible for fiscal accountability for projects including forecasting, approvals and managing delivery within budget

  • Interfacing with Vendors & Service Providers involved in the delivery of infrastructure (Hardware, Managed Service & SmartHands)

  • Demonstrated knowledge in Electronic Trading including knowledge of liquidity centers, colocation facilities, proximity infrastructure builds and Equities & Fixed Income trading

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization

  • Strong in program management, Risk mitigation, multiple workstream tracking issues
     
  • Working knowledge of electronic trading and managed/proximity infrastructure solutions

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills 

  • Team player adept at collaborating with internal & external parties to develop ideal solution for the business

  • Strong decision maker, with transparent & timely communication & follow-up

  • Excellent active listening, writing, speaking, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills

  • Contract management experience

  • Flexible, hands on and able to work in a fast paced, high pressure, high stakes client-focused and collaborative environment

  • Experience working in Equity and Fixed Income markets

  • Comfortable working in a heavy controls environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • University Degree - Bachelors or Masters
