As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Home and Auto Lending, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Job responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the implementation of AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions across Home Lending products, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to AI initiatives.
  • Stay updated on AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and code assist tools, while leveraging knowledge of SmartSDK, Agentic Framework, Voice Agents, and multi-modal AI applications.
  • Work closely with product teams to gather requirements and ensure that AI initiatives meet business needs, while partnering with data and AI governance teams to ensure compliance with data policies and best practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and execution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and lessons learned, while providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in business or program management, operating in a complex organization.
  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience as a highly skilled and motivated AI Technical Project Manager to lead and manage Home & Auto AI Initiatives.
