ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Tier 1 teams to support Data Services Hub and its subsystems: Hub, EFT, and EDI.
- Provide Regional Technical Support (RTS) for all State-related matters to include but not be limited to interface related maintenance, Hub services related upgrades and or maintenance activities and state testing support.
- Support off-business hour schedules and be able to provide 24/7 on-call support.
- Monitor the system live using multiple tools like New Relic, Splunk, and other monitoring tools in the production and pre-production environment.
- Perform change request (CR)/remedy ticket (RT) analysis; escalate issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Monitor production region and IMP region and work on identifying the root cause analysis of the production issues.
- Work with other parties like TDS, CMS, XOC and the Operations Team to fix production issues.
- Review bi-hourly reports and daily reports; identify/understand/analyze ongoing production issues and provide initial level of triaging and ability to properly communicate these issues.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Solid experience in training and team management.
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Technical Knowledge of CMS systems.

- Bachelor's Degree
