WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with both North America (the geography), the Global Operations teams, and other business functions to develop plans and strategies that enable Converse to meet or exceed business goals. This role involves managing and collaborating with various teams across functions and levels within the organization.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strategic thinker, a strong project manager, a flexible and analytical problem solver, and a strong communicator and facilitator. The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience working within supply chain areas of distribution and/or manufacturing

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, economics, strategic planning, or a related field

  • Project, program, or portfolio management is preferred

  • Proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and network modeling is a huge plus

  • Excellent understanding of supply chain and business strategies

  • Proven ability to work with team members across functions and at all levels through an open, engaging, and collaborative style

  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities

  • Strong meeting and group facilitation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience working with common supply chain systems (e.g., Tableau, SAP, Lyric, Python) is a plus

  • Proven ability to quickly assess situations, identify problems, and offer clear and concise plans to resolve them

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will play an important role in shaping the future of the Converse Supply Chain across the US and Canada by acting as the lead across the areas of supply chain innovation, performance management, and operations analytics. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Geography Operations Leadership team and Geography Corporate strategy team to identify key priorities for the supply chain and develop a strategy (e.g., network strategy) roadmap for the geography

  • Partnering with the Global Supply Chain Innovation Strategy team to contribute to the short and long-term strategic planning cycle in support of distribution, logistics, and technology strategies

  • Delivering analytics products to Operations teams within the geography in partnership with the global operations analytics team

  • Delivering a performance management framework and governing overall performance across the supply chain within the geography

  • Partnering with Geography Operations and Global Supply Chain Innovations teams to develop and lead project plans to bring strategy to life, including defining milestones, tracking progress, and participating in program governance to share overall progress
