  • Mentor junior Solutions Architects and establish internal best practices and reusable patterns and documentation for integration design.
  • Interface directly with customers to collect user requirements and system documentation.
  • Evaluate and improve the processes around scoping, documenting, and delivering integration projects.
  • Coordinate with executive-level stakeholders internally and externally to ensure alignment on integration priorities.
  • Support high-stakes merchants, developers, and partners on integrations projects that are built by them.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 6+ years of experience in roles that demand both customer interaction and technical prowess (e.g. Solutions, Sales Engineering, technical account management).
  • 6+ years of experience with integration development, APIs or IPaaS systems.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex API integrations in ecommerce, logistics, or SaaS environments.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
