WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Lead, Solutions Architect, you will manage a small team of Solutions Architects and Implementation Specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery of client solutions. You will oversee the execution of solution design, workflow mapping, and operational implementation across assigned accounts, while coaching and mentoring your team to achieve excellence.

Your focus will be on delivery leadership, team performance, and client satisfaction rather than defining enterprise-wide strategy. You will also serve as the escalation point for technical and operational challenges, ensuring solutions meet Boldr’s standards for quality, repeatability, and client impact.

Success in this role is measured by on-time, high-quality solution delivery, client satisfaction, and the growth and performance of your team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Team Leadership & Development

Manage, coach, and support a small team of Solutions Architects and Implementation Specialists.

Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.

Support professional development and skill growth within the team.

Client Solution Delivery

Oversee solution design and implementation across assigned accounts.

Ensure solutions follow established Boldr frameworks, templates, and best practices.

Serve as the point of escalation for complex client or operational issues.

Support the delivery team in client workshops and solution documentation.

Operational Excellence

Monitor project progress and solution adoption metrics.

Ensure workflows, integrations, and automation solutions are executed according to operational standards.

Identify and share improvement opportunities within assigned accounts or processes.


Requirements

Curious, authentic, and passionate about client success.

YOU HAVE…

A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

3-4 years of experience in solutions architecture, consulting, or implementation roles.

1–2 years of experience leading a small team or mentoring other professionals.

Strong experience with workflow mapping, system integration, and operational delivery.

Familiarity with CRM, helpdesk, and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Gorgias).

Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Availability to collaborate across global time zones, including Eastern Time alignment.

Availability to align with Eastern Time Zone
