Shape the Future of Customer Experience

Are you the person who can walk into a room, uncover a client's biggest business challenges, connect the dots across technology, people, and process, and design a vision that drives real transformation?

We're looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to partner with some of the world's most recognized brands and help them unlock the full power of the Adobe ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you'll lead discovery workshops, build strategic roadmaps, develop compelling business cases, and design innovative solutions that accelerate digital transformation.

This is not a hands-on implementation role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, strategic consultant, and solution visionary who helps clients connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.

What You'll DoLead Discovery & Shape Strategy
  • Facilitate executive and stakeholder discovery workshops
  • Assess technology maturity, organizational challenges, and capability gaps
  • Identify opportunities across content supply chain, customer data, personalization, and journey orchestration
  • Translate technical findings into clear business value and actionable recommendations
Design Future-State Solutions
  • Develop strategic roadmaps that maximize value realization and support business objectives
  • Architect solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud and broader marketing technology ecosystems
  • Create compelling presentations, architectural diagrams, integration concepts, and business cases
  • Quantify value through ROI, efficiency gains, reduced risk, and time-to-market acceleration
Partner with Sales & Client Teams
  • Collaborate with Adobe sellers, account leaders, and technical SMEs
  • Support business development efforts through solution positioning and technical storytelling
  • Help identify Adobe licensing and growth opportunities
  • Build client confidence through strategic consultation and thought leadership
Drive Innovation
  • Stay at the forefront of Adobe technologies, AI capabilities, and digital experience trends
  • Advise clients on emerging solutions including content supply chain, customer data platforms, personalization, analytics, and generative AI
  • Create reusable frameworks, business case models, and discovery approaches that scale across engagements

At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Our way of working combines flexibility with in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

 

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $175,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
