The Role: 

We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Lead, Services Product Manager to drive the vision, development, and execution of our services portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced product leader with a strong background in services, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for defining and evolving service offerings that deliver measurable value to our customers and align with our business goals. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of service products—from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement. 

  • Define and execute the services roadmap in alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure successful delivery and adoption of services. 

  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the current services portfolio. 

  • Develop business cases and pricing strategies for new and existing services. 

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate service performance and customer satisfaction. 

What We Seek: 

  • 8–12 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on services or customer experience. 

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling service offerings in a B2B or B2C environment. 

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

  • Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 

Outstanding Candidates Will Have: 

  • Experience with services transformation, SaaS, or managed services. 

  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and service design methodologies. 

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership.

  • Compensation: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
