About the Role:
As a Lead Salesforce Engineer within our Go-to-marketplace Applications team, you will be a driver of Crowdstrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. This role is specifically within the Core Tech, Go To Market IT Apps Team, which consists of Architects, Dev Engineers, QA Engineers, BSAs, Product Owners working towards delivering highly Reliable, Scalable, Secure Infrastructure and Automation Services, ensuring Seamless Releases and Operations Across GTM Applications to Accelerate Business Velocity and Operational Excellence. As a Lead Engineer, You will be taking accountability of Platform and Security of Salesforce Instance –
Enforce the security architecture and standards for the Salesforce platform, including data security, authentication, and authorization models.
Lead the implementation and management of security tools and controls (e.g., encryption, audit logging, security scanning) within the Salesforce environment.
Oversee and manage the overall performance, scalability, and health of the Salesforce org(s), identifying and implementing platform-level optimizations.
Build/Fix Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce to improve performance and security as needed.
Collaborate closely with IT Security, Compliance, and other engineering teams to align Salesforce security and platform policies.
Adhere to deployment best practices by following the CI/CD process set up and provide timely suggestions for improvements.
Build Next-Gen integrations and Platform experiences (Slack App, Agentic), retire legacy integrations.
Develop relationships with Salesforce Customer Success Architects and Team to monitor Org’s performance and continuously optimize.
Mentor other developers on the team and review their artifacts
What You’ll Need:
8+ Years of Experience in development on Salesforce Applications
3+ Years of Experience working on Refactoring or Platform Improvement projects.
Knowledge of all Salesforce configuration types along with their performance implications.
Platform App Builder and Platform Developer Certificates

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
