Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst will work with the Global Sales Operations Director to drive consistency and discipline throughout the global Sales organization with a primary focus on the American market.  This person will ensure territory alignment is maintained, accounts are dispositioned correctly, and Rules of Engagement are captured and documented, to help the organization achieve their business goals, objectives, and metrics. Positioning their organizations to achieve quarterly/annual revenue and profitability targets.


The Sales Operations Analyst will:

  • Assist in making sound and timely business decisions to drive short term and long term performance

regarding sales and pipeline creation

  • Ensure all sales operations communications are clear and effectively managed. 
  • Improve sales performance through better processes, technology, methodologies and identify risks

This role contributes to the success of the sales organization and its ability to meet/exceed Geographic and Business Unit targets.


Responsibilies:

  • Support region leaders’ forecast & quarterly business reviews by providing insights and recommendations to accelerate growth
  • Develop, measure, and maintain operational excellence for sales teams including Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Represent Sales Organization to IT for systems and tools related projects and other cross-organizational sales and marketing tool, as well as driving region adoption
  • Support Go-to-Market infrastructure including territory assignment and maintenance
  • Interpret & support Rule of Engagement execution proactiviely & effectively
  • Act as as primary contact to sales organization for operational support including Salesforce process
  • Implement regular data governance and hygiene/quality processes. Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, and find opportunities for improvement in Saleforce.
  • May perform other job duties as directed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience
  • Ideally 3+ years of significant experience with a software or hi-tech company
  • Data analysis and data modeling, familiarity with quota setting, sales metrics such as Productivity, Pipeline management, etc.
  • Extensive experience in using Salesforce.com, CPQ, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and dashboards tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and distinctive problem-solving skills
  • Highly collaborative style and the ability to adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency
  • Experience in working with sales leadership stakeholders is preferred
  • Strong communicator who can lead and facilitate for resolving issues or challenges both within a team and/or other departments, coordinator of work flow and problem solver
  • A strong bonus would be AI Experience and implementing AI within a sales operations environment

Education/Licensing/Certification:

  • College Degree preferred, or 7+ years equivalent work experience
