About the Role

You'll step into an established enterprise book of business and focus on what great sellers do best: expanding, deepening, and maximizing customer value. This isn't a build-from-scratch role. If you understand supply chains, thrive in complex deal cycles, and know how to grow accounts across modes, you'll have the platform to make a major impact.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of large enterprise logistics customers
  • Drive revenue expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and new solution adoption
  • Build and execute strategic enterprise account plans to grow share of wallet
  • Develop relationships across procurement, operations, and executive leadership
  • Lead business reviews and deliver supply chain insights that drive outcomes
  • Position yourself as a long-term enterprise partner, not just a vendor
  • Identify customer challenges and design tailored logistics solutions
  • Partner with pricing, operations, and solutions teams to win complex deals
  • Expand business across TL, LTL, Intermodal, warehousing, and beyond
  • Own your pipeline, forecast accurately, and close expansion opportunities
  • Deliver against revenue, margin, and retention goals
  • Continuously improve performance and client outcomes

Basic Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years in account management or expansion sales, with experience managing enterprise relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Proven success growing and expanding enterprise/large accounts
  • Experience across multiple modes
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal team members and varied external audiences.
  • Ability to navigate complex orgs and influence stakeholders
  • Experience navigating complex Fortune 500 organizations and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels
  • A flexible, dynamic, self‐demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others.
  • A team player who works to ensure that others success along with them
  • Preferred locations include Chicago, IL, Frisco, TX, or Rogers, AR 

Benefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees

Employees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.  US based employees may also be eligible for a performance or sales incentive bonus program, participation in Uber Freight equity awards, and other types of compensation depending upon the role.

For California-based roles: The salary range for this role is $139,550.00 - $200,900.00

For Illinois-based roles: The salary range for this role is $116,300.00 - $167,400.00

For Washington-based roles: The salary range for this role is $127,950.00 - $184,150.00

For New York-based roles: The salary range for this role is $127,950.00 - $184,150.00

For Colorado-based roles: The salary range for this role is $116,300.00 - $167,400.00

For Minnesota-based roles: The salary range for this role is $104,650.00 - $150,650.00
