Your Impact at LILA

As Lead Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruiting across Lila's commercial and business functions, with primary focus on go-to-market and corporate development, and meaningful coverage of Product, Finance, Legal, People, and Marketing as hiring priorities shift. You will partner directly with senior leaders across these functions to translate strategy into hiring plans, then run searches that bring in the operators, dealmakers, and builders who shape how Lila grows.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle role. You will source, screen, run candidates through process, and close offers. The mix of work will move as the business moves, giving you exposure across the full breadth of how Lila is built.

You will calibrate interview panels, advise on compensation and market dynamics, and represent Lila to senior candidates with strong options elsewhere. You will sit on the Talent Acquisition team, which is based predominantly out of Cambridge, MA.

What You'll Be Building

  • Own end-to-end searches across commercial, corporate development, and broader G&A roles at Lila
  • Partner with senior hiring managers to define roles, calibrate panels, and run rigorous processes
  • Influence creative sourcing strategies and build proactive pipelines across the functions in your portfolio
  • Drive offer strategy, negotiation, and close for senior individual contributor and people-leader hires
  • Advise leadership on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent risks across your functions
  • Improve process and tooling with an obsession for candidate experience at every stage

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years or equivalent experience in full-cycle recruiting with deep sourcing experience and experience working on go-to-market and product roles in highly technical environments
  • Track record of closing senior hires at high-growth startups or in competitive talent markets
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to push back constructively and partner directly with hiring managers
  • Ability to flex across multiple functions as business priorities shift
  • Experience using pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and reporting to drive recruiting decisions

Bonus Points For

  • Experience recruiting at a deep-tech, biotech, or scientific company
  • In-house recruiting experience scaling a function from early to mid-stage
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools
  • Experience hiring across G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, or People

Compensation

We offer competitive base compensation with bonus potential and generous early-stage equity. Your final offer will reflect your background, expertise, and expected impact.

U.S. Benefits. $108,000$163,333 USD
