Job Description:

Job Summary

The Lead Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance activities within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful quality assurance and testing of software products.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Monitor quality assurance progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on quality assurance status.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact quality assurance success.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the quality assurance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

  • Preferred: Experience in leading quality assurance teams and managing quality assurance projects.
