About the RoleAs a Product Operations Manager at Atropos Health, you will be the backbone of our product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment and efficiency across idea generation, software development, product testing, launches, and iteration.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing company-wide processes and systems that bridge Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, driving alignment and maximizing impact.
ResponsibilitiesProcess management: Develop and maintain scalable frameworks for shipping high quality products in manner that enhances cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and efficiency
Launch coordination: Work with product and marketing teams to develop a calendar that ensures timely and impactful product rollouts
Team coordination: Own the agenda for team meetings and planning on-sites.
Roadmapping: Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating inputs from key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
User testing programs: partner with product managers to facilitate internal and external user testing programs to inform product refinement and readiness for broader release.
Catch the dropping ball: Step in to own the delivery plan for high priority projects that need additional support to hit an aggressive timeline
Produce metrics definitions, operational reports and identify risks that are backed by data driven insights (sprint metrics, product deliverables, reworks, and on time delivery)
Work with finance, and development to create the capitalization, velocity and performance of the products/development teams
3-6+ years in product operations, product management, program management, in a high-growth technology company environment (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
Proven ability to develop and implement scalable processes.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Tools: familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Notion, or similar platforms.
