The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Lead to define and drive our product marketing strategy as we scale within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact technology company in a major growth stage, where you'll own the entire product marketing function and directly influence how the market understands and adopts our platform.

What You'll Do

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and execute GTM strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption.
  • Craft positioning and messaging for BD, Licensing, and S&E teams.
  • Lead product launches and integrated campaigns.
  • Align with Sales and Product on personas, buyer journeys, and value props.
  • Use market and customer insights to guide strategy.


Conferences & Events

  • Own strategy for key industry events (BIO, Biotech Showcase, partnering).
  • Manage booth presence, speaking ops, and networking initiatives.
  • Create high-impact collateral and demos; drive post-event pipeline conversion.

Campaigns & Content

  • Build multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, ABM) to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop case studies, ROI stories, and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with design for clear, engaging marketing assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and thought leadership across all touchpoints.

Sales Enablement & Success

  • Equip Sales to articulate value and close deals.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights.
  • Train teams on messaging, positioning, and new releases.
  • Track performance and optimize GTM effectiveness.

Who You Are

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology
  • Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biopharma, or life sciences audiences (BD, R&D, or commercial functions)
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Strong understanding of complex, technical products and ability to translate features into business value
  • Demonstrated success building marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience with conference planning, event marketing, and field marketing strategies

  • Experience with ABM platforms, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM systems
  • Design skills or experience working closely with designers
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
  • Track record building marketing functions at early-stage companies
