Are you one of us? We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager who can help us elevate and show customers how they can optimize virtual desktops in the cloud. 

Job Description/Responsibilities:

·       Crafts compelling business decision maker value propositions and messaging to show how we can optimize virtual desktop infrastructure from the cloud which resonate with business initiatives of cost, value, and risk principles

·       Adept at translating product capabilities to business outcomes

·       Anticipates and leads the enablement needs of sales with executive level messaging, proof points, objection handling and other relevant collateral in cloud delivered virtual desktops

·       Initiates and drives the inception and strategy of field enablement programs which help field sellers with executive level engagement and reasons to explain how Citrix uniquely solves the public and hybrid cloud desktop virtualization challenges.

·       Aligns platform level program and initiatives across senior product management, sales, and marketing teams

·       Supports the strategy on executive events, roundtables, or webinars for cloud delivered desktop virtualization where business executives are the target audience.

·       Defines success metrics for platform awareness, adoption, and engagement. Expertly uses analytics and qualitative feedback to refine campaigns and programs.

 

Required Experience/Skills:

·       7+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.

·       Ability to work autonomously across a number of different projects.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.

·       Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across disciplines.

·       Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

·       Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing strategies and programs.

·       Experience preparing for and presenting to executive level audiences.

·       Solid business rigor skills of program development, management, analysis and reporting.

·       Solid knowledge of key business drivers and the process for technology decision making.

 

Preferred Experience/Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA a plus.

·       Familiarity with software product development processes.

·       Experience in virtual desktop and virtual application infrastructure either on-premises or cloud based. Bonus credit for W365, AVD, or AWS Workspaces experience.

·       Experience in public cloud technology such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

·       A passion for technology and understanding of the enterprise software landscape.

·       Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Oracle).

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges: $153,601-$230,401 CA generally ranges: $160,279-$240,419 All other locations fall under our General State range: $133,566-$200,348 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
