The Lead Product Manager is a strategic and executional leader responsible for high-impact product lines. This role blends deep product expertise with agile leadership across cross-functional teams, driving measurable outcomes and future-ready innovation.
This specific role will work on evolving our dealership products to be modern and AI-first, with a strong emphasis on customer data management and core dealer workflows. We are focused on unifying vehicle acquisition, sales, and service workflows into a single view of the customer and enabling next best action logic.
The role will also champion AI-driven product strategy, customer data stewardship, unified workflow ownership, outcome-driven development, dealer empathy, and platform thinking.
Candidates should be fluent in AI/ML concepts, capable of crafting compelling product narratives, and comfortable engaging directly with dealers and OEM partners.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Discovery
- Understand customer segments, personas, and competitive dynamics. Partner with UX, marketing, and stakeholders to shape product direction.
- Planning & Alignment
- Build and maintain product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure feature alignment across products and teams.
- Development & Execution
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, and Engineering to prototype, test, and validate solutions. Make build/buy/partner decisions and support pricing and ROI strategies.
- Evaluation & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs, recommend pivots, and sunset underperforming products. Communicate impact to internal and external audiences.

Who You Are
A lifelong learner, you excel at bringing together various ideas and perspectives and devising a solid plan of action. Here's more on what you have to offer:
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience.
- A deep understanding of business, product performance and industry principles, practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs and analytics. (4 years)
- Proven experience or self-initiated learning in AI technologies, applications, or related skills.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive, with a talent for asking thoughtful questions that clarify goals, surface hidden challenges, and spark innovation
- Strong operational execution skills with a strategic mindset
