As a Lead Product Manager for Payments Products, you will own the strategy, design, and delivery of Circle Payments Network's (CPN) payout capabilities - ensuring that recipients receive funds quickly, reliably, and in compliance with local regulations. What You'll Do
- Own the payments product strategy, from MVP flows (Fiat-Stable-Fiat) to advanced programmable payments in USDC and local stablecoins.
- Define and deliver core payments primitives: multi-currency settlement, FX routing, escrow, reversibility, and programmable payment triggers.
- Partner with Product Operations and Compliance to incorporate SLA enforcement, fee transparency, and RFI handling into payout flows.
- Collaborate with Pricing and Monetization teams to develop optimal fee structures and incentive programs that drive customer acquisition and transaction volume growth
- Launch enhancements that expand payout options - including local stablecoin settlements and direct-to-wallet disbursements.
- Develop reporting, reconciliation, and exception-handling tools to manage payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with Engineering on scalable architecture for multi-rail payouts (Stablecoins, local RTPs)
- Collaborate with BD to prioritize corridor expansion based on liquidity availability and compliance readiness.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, demonstrating exceptional execution skills.
- Expertise in payment, including local settlement rails and regulatory requirements.
- Ownership mindset with meticulous attention to details.
- Ability to bridge strategic vision with execution detail in collaboration with Engineering, Legal, and Partner teams.
- Familiarity with developer APIs, onchain payment flows and blockchain-based settlement mechanisms.
