About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and management of servicing and marketing communications for our General Purpose, Co-brand, and Small Business Credit Card Loyalty programs. This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of internal and customer-facing content in both English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless customer experience.
You will lead initiatives that challenge the status quo, streamline processes, and enhance the effectiveness of Loyalty communications. This includes managing content delivery roadmaps, execution, quality assurance, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and optimization of customer-facing communications for Credit Card rewards and benefits.
- Conduct market research and performance analysis to drive communication change initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness across all Loyalty communications and channels.
- Implement communication solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Mitigate risk related to Loyalty communications, optimize end-to-end monitoring activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Digital, Marketing, Translation Services, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain document version control and approval workflows to ensure content accuracy.
- Oversee Change in Terms notifications and other regulatory communications.
- Drive efficiencies by simplifying communication processes and documentation.
- Retain and manage all required documentation in accordance with applicable controls.
- Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong editorial and document management skills.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of communications review processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Spanish and experience managing English-to-Spanish translations.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance review processes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in marketing, credit card loyalty, or insurance product management.
- Experience working with third-party vendors.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Professional and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
