What You’ll Do:Product Strategy & Vision
  • Translate Realtor.com ’s Finance and Mortgage vision into a high-impact consumer product strategy designed to scale this critical business line.
  • Seamlessly integrate financial tools (such as mortgage calculators, pre-approval workflows, and rate shopping) directly into the core home-shopping journey to drive intuitive consumer experiences and maximize engagement at scale.
Performance Metrics & Growth
  • Drive business growth as the primary owner for maximizing high-quality lead volume through product innovation, rigorous conversion rate optimization (CRO), and frictionless user experience enhancements across high-traffic funnels.
  • Design, execute, and scale high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to relentlessly optimize the consumer journey and eliminate drop-offs.
  • Establish and socialize key success metrics for lead volume, conversion funnel health, and financial tool adoption, providing regular visibility to executive leadership.
Innovation & Strategic Insight
  • Identify market-moving opportunities for business model innovation, leveraging AI and strategic integrations to create unique, deeply engaging consumer experiences that deliver value for both users and lender partners.
Product Lifecycle & Compliance Management
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing investments in lead volume optimization with the creation of new or differentiated consumer finance experiences.
  • Oversee product lifecycles from ideation to launch, lead and influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with other product managers to manage tradeoffs.
  • Work with the Legal team to manage the operational and regulatory risks inherent in integrating financial services.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary consumer product leader for internal stakeholders—including executive leadership and sales—regarding the roadmap, strategic initiatives, and any tradeoffs.
  • Translate feedback from lenders, sales, and customer success teams into actionable product requirements that solve real-world partner and consumer pain points.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping and scaling high-volume, high-traffic B2C consumer products.
  • 3+ years of domain expertise in Finance or Mortgage (e.g., LendingTech, FinTech, or Financial Marketplaces) is required.
  • Deep understanding of lead generation models, marketplace dynamics, and advanced CRO methodologies
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape (RESPA, etc.) governing mortgage and financial services products.
  • Strategic systems thinking with the ability to architect connected, multi-sided platform experiences that serve consumers, agents, and lenders.
  • Analytical rigor and a data-driven mindset to solve “hard problems” involving high volumes of user data and complex business/technical constraints.
  • Executive-level presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
