Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead product initiatives with strategic significance, often across multiple teams or platforms

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for a significant product area based on stakeholder needs and business benefits in alignment with company goals

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics
  • Work closely with technology and design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders and leadership

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 4 Years Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related
  • Minimum - 5 years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related
  • Preferred - 5 years in Auto Lending

In Lieu of Education

  • 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within (specific domain)

License/Certifications/Training

  • Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$92,600‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$144,100 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge
