What You Will Do
As a Lead Product Manager for our AI initiatives, you will be at the helm of transforming and expanding our AI-powered experiences across the Lattice platform. This is a high-impact role where you will have the autonomy to innovate and drive the strategic vision, ensuring that Lattice's AI capabilities remain at the cutting edge of HR technology.
- Strategize closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the future of Lattice's AI strategy and roadmap.
- Spearhead the development of multiple AI-powered features and agentic systems leveraging LLMs and/or ML technologies.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, user research, and data gathering to identify opportunities where AI can solve customer problems and deliver exceptional value.
- Define and refine product wireframes, scope, requirements, and detailed specifications for AI features, ensuring they are grounded in both technical feasibility and user needs.
- Establish and monitor key AI product KPIs and metrics, evaluating performance to guide continuous improvement and ensure AI experiences meet quality, safety, and ethical standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, AI/ML, user research, product marketing, security, and legal teams to deliver sophisticated AI solutions that align with business goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AI/ML technology trends and competitive landscape, positioning Lattice as a thought leader in AI-powered HR solutions.
What You Will Bring to the Table
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in product management, with specific expertise in AI/ML product development, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- A track record of success in leading AI product development from 0-to-1, with demonstrated business impact and customer adoption.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring other product managers and guiding cross-functional teams through complex AI initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, LLMs, and how they can be applied to workflow-heavy products.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to navigate complex tradeoffs across UX, data availability, AI reliability, technical complexity, and business priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating complex AI concepts to diverse audiences and influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Robust analytical skills, skilled in using data and metrics for decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguity and taking ownership in a dynamic environment.
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $179,000 - $223,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
