Job Description

  • Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration.
  • Organizational Analysis: Conduct in-depth assessments to pinpoint process optimization and automation opportunities through Dynamics 365.
  • Team Structure Planning: Advise on the optimal organizational and team structures needed to robustly support the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Hands-On Configuration and Implementation Support: Provide direct configuration and implementation assistance across various Dynamics 365 modules, from pilot projects to major rollouts.
  • Customer Service Module Deployment: Lead the deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the setup of multiple work centers and external customer self-service features.
  • HR and Finance Module Pilots: Oversee pilot implementations for HR and Finance modules, ensuring customization to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Foster strong collaboration across client departments to guarantee an integrated and unified Dynamics 365 implementation approach.
  • Training and User Support: Design and deliver effective training sessions to users at all levels, promoting high platform adoption and competency. Offer ongoing support to ensure the maximization of Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  • Continuous System Improvement: Continually assess system performance and lead improvement initiatives to boost functionality, user experience, and business value.

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform experience. 
  • Experience utilizing CCaaS or Omnichannel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with hands-on development in Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
  • Strong project management proficiency, capable of guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
  •  Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating technical details for a non-technical audience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding how MS Dynamics integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce
