The Dynatrace Global Partner Marketing Team is looking for an experienced and results-driven Lead Partner Marketing Manager to drive and scale global partner marketing programs. This hands-on role will focus on building and optimizing partner journeys, enhancing portal engagement, and delivering impactful programs that drive partner engagement, enablement, and growth throughout the partner lifecycle.
As a strategic marketer with a proven track record of success, you'll collaborate with marketing leaders, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to lead the development and execution of integrated programs tailored to the ecosystem audience. You'll own the delivery of corporate campaigns across partner channels, ensuring alignment with global marketing priorities while adapting messaging and assets to resonate with partner needs.
You'll lead initiatives spanning content marketing, digital experiences, thought leadership, events, and lifecycle marketing strategies. With a focus on streamlining user journeys and optimizing engagement through platforms like the Dynatrace Partner Portal, you'll implement robust tracking and reporting frameworks to ensure every initiative delivers measurable impact and aligns with business objectives.
What you'll do:
• Define: Identify and prioritize strategic partner audiences for lifecycle and corporate marketing programs. Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and implementation plans, ensuring effective tracking and measurement of success, in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
• Design and curate: Develop and optimize partner journeys across the Dynatrace Partner Portal, including onboarding flows, content pathways, and engagement triggers. Create editorial calendars, digital campaigns, and communications that align with partner needs and business goals.
• Operationalize: Manage program budgets and vendor relationships to ensure efficient execution. Identify operational improvements, provide tactical guidance to team members, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
• Collaborate: Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, ensuring partner and alliance success and optimal performance, while delivering measurable outcomes.
• Manage program performance: Continuously track and monitor key performance metrics to assess program success. Recommend optimizations and new initiatives based on data insights and feedback loops.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years partner/alliance marketing experience with B2B software/high tech/SaaS company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong, measurable results.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Ideally degree level education, preferably in relation to a Marketing discipline.
  • Deep understanding of partner programs, lifecycle marketing, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing and optimizing partner portals and user journeys.
  • Must be an independent, flexible self-starter with high-energy and a growth mindset who can build rapport and drive execution with multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and martech such as Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Zift and Asana but you'll be fully supported by the Global Operations Team.
  • Able to work across times zones, requiring some flexible working hours when needed.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%) to support program execution.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a huge benefit.
