  • Coordinate with IT vendors, software providers, hardware suppliers, and external support partners.

  • Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, onboarding/offboarding guides, asset trackers, and security documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale internal IT workflows and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or equivalent systems.

  • Understanding of IT security fundamentals, including MFA, password management, endpoint security, and access governance.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset when supporting internal employees.

  • Full-time role based in the United States.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to compliance, data security, audit readiness, or access governance processes.

  • Experience supporting fast-growing startups, research firms, consulting organizations, financial services firms, or technology-focused companies.

Growth Areas

  • Build and scale the internal IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing company operating in the AI and semiconductor ecosystem.

  • Take ownership of company-wide device management, security operations, and systems administration processes.

  • Develop scalable IT workflows and automation processes that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

  • Gain exposure to modern SaaS operations, access governance, endpoint security, and internal infrastructure management.

  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape long-term internal IT operations and security practices.
