Lead, Insights & Analytics Manager - NIKE RETAIL SERVICES INC.- Beaverton, OR. Drive scalable and sustainable impact using existing analytics capabilities and develop new analytical solutions to empower decision making for Nike Direct Stores in North America. Manage development and execution of reporting and analytics tools to enable data driven business decisions that drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals. Develop frameworks for automated validation of data integrity within data products supporting accurate and consistent reporting and analytics. Plan and lead development of quantitative research, casual inference, forecasting, and predictive models to measure and predict effectiveness of Nike initiatives and promotions. Collaborate with Nike Direct store leaders to help create, deliver, and optimize world class retail experiences through innovative retail concept, connected services, and distinctive Nike experiences. Partner closely with cross-functional analytics teams across geographies to create and implement scalable insights. Deliver recommendations to best serve Nike Direct consumers and their evolving needs, and drive consumer engagement and growth in North America. Translate complex statistical concepts and analyses for the business. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, HI, MT, NC, ND, SD, VT, and WY. 

Must have a Master’s degree in Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or Business Analytics and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Analytics-related occupation. Experience must include: 

  • SQL 

  • Python 

  • R 

  • Tableau 

  • Pyspark 

  • Git 

  • Experimental Design 

  • Causal Inference 

  • Analytical Modeling
