About the Role

We are hiring a Lead GTM Recruiter / Manager to design, own, and execute recruiting strategy across Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations functions at NexHealth. In this role, you will build the talent foundation that powers our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and related teams—partnering closely with business leaders to translate growth goals into hiring outcomes.

This is a senior individual contributor role with initial people leadership responsibility for one GTM Recruiter. You will operate as a player-coach: directly owning high-impact searches while shaping scalable recruiting processes, tools, and operating rhythms.

This role is fully remote within the United States. The ideal candidate brings deep GTM recruiting expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership. You will play a critical role in ensuring NexHealth scales efficiently and thoughtfully, in alignment with our culture and operating principles.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and own end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM and Operations functions, aligned to company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring best practices.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting execution, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer strategy, and closing.
  • Build and maintain proactive, high-quality talent pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People teams.
  • Personally manage a hands-on requisition load focused on high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Lead and mentor a GTM Recruiter, providing coaching, prioritization, and execution support.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience and a compelling employer narrative aligned with NexHealth’s mission and values.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify gaps, track progress, and improve hiring velocity and quality.
  • Develop scalable sourcing strategies and innovative outreach approaches to attract top-tier, diverse GTM talent.
  • Partner with People Ops, Talent Ops, and Finance to improve recruiting tools, dashboards, and operational workflows.
What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring across GTM and Operations functions.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a small team of recruiters.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic partnership and operational rigor.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable creating structure, systems, and scalable recruiting practices.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting, with fluency in metrics, pipelines, and hiring analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong instincts for candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
  • High integrity, strong ownership mentality, and a bias for action.
  • Alignment with NexHealth’s values: ownership, first-principles thinking, growth mindset, and company-first mentality.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: $135,000 – $175,000 USD per year (based on experience and location)
  • Equity: Competitive stock options
  • Benefits include:
    • Full Medical, Dental, Vision (up to 100% covered)
    • 401K and commuter benefits
    • Unlimited PTO
    • High-impact work that helps build a world-class GTM team

Our Values

  • Solve the customer’s problems, not yours
When making decisions, think from the perspective of the customer. It’s easy to make decisions that make our lives simpler, but not the customers.
  • Do the things others are not willing to do
As a Nexer, always go after the hardest problems. Pursue things at the highest quality. Move at the fastest pace.
  • Take ownership
Act like a founder. Own your roles, destinies, mistakes, behavior, and our mission. The buck stops with each of us - no blaming or excuses.
  • Say what’s on your mind, with positive intent
Be direct, proactive, transparent, and frequent in your communication.
  • Default trust
As a Nexer, you do not have to earn trust, trust is given to you by default. If we by default trust each other, our speed of communication, feedback, information sharing, and overall improvements will be a lot faster.
  • Think in first principles
We first identify the problem and then break it down to its fundamentals before diving into solutions. We constantly ask “why” to validate our assumptions.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
