Are you an experienced and strategic sales leader looking to transition into enablement? If so, this could be the role for you! Mimecast is hiring for a Lead of GTM Manager Enablement. This newly created role will focus on designing, developing, and executing a comprehensive program to upskill our front-line managers. Critical to this work will be the development and use of AI and agents to scale and increase the impact of our managers. The program will enhance leadership capabilities, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and drive operational excellence during this pivotal transformation phase.

What You'll Do:

  • Program Design & Development: Build a scalable, best-in-class enablement framework tailored to front-line managers, covering coaching, team leadership, performance management, and change leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and HR to identify the key competencies required for front-line managers and align enablement efforts with organizational goals.
  • AI Design and Agentic AI Deployment: Explore innovative ways of working by integrating AI into workflows while developing tools and intelligent agents to enhance support for managers in the field.
  • Training Delivery: Leverage AI agents to enhance the delivery of workshops, training sessions, and ongoing development initiatives, leveraging a mix of in-person, virtual, and on-demand formats.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging enablement materials, including playbooks, toolkits, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  • Program Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess program effectiveness and implement a continuous improvement approach based on data-driven insights and feedback.
  • Change Management: Support front-line managers in navigating organizational change and aligning their teams to new processes, tools, and strategic priorities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Enablement team to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives and integrate leadership enablement into the overall enablement strategy.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a sales manager or sales leader within a SaaS organization, with a strong track record of driving team performance and achieving results.
  • Deep expertise in developing and coaching front-line sales managers and their teams, with a focus on leadership development, performance management, and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in leveraging generative AI and developing AI agents and agentic AI workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and partner with sales enablement teams to execute impactful enablement programs that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in leveraging enablement platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other tools to deliver training at scale.
  • Experience in change management, coaching, and performance management practices.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to operate at the big-picture level and in the details.
  • Experience working in organizations undergoing significant transformation.
