Apollo is seeking a hands-on Manager, GTM Business Systems to architect the next phase of go to market excellence. This role is central to enabling Apollo’s next phase of growth.
With some help from contractors, you will roll up your sleeves to configure systems, build integrations, and design automations. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and our Data team to ensure our tech stack accelerates growth, sharpens execution, and delivers better outcomes for customers.
You’ll own the vision and roadmap for Apollo’s GTM systems - driving adoption, ensuring data integrity, and identifying innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact. This is a high-leverage role for someone excited to blend technical depth with strategic leadership to shape how Apollo goes to market.
What you'll do
Your north star is to ensure a productive GTM organization across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, powered by accurate data and actionable insights from well-integrated tools.
Partner with GTM and Product leadership to shape the business systems roadmap, aligning it to revenue goals and driving operational efficiency.
Own, configure, and maintain Salesforce and related GTM applications (Outreach, Common Room, Gong, Jira, marketing automation, and more).
Optimize data flow and reporting across core systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Vitally, JIRA, and more to ensure timely, accurate signals that drive faster deal cycles.
Develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into GTM performance and support informed decision-making across teams; which may require SQL.
Design and implement GTM workflows and automations that reduce manual effort, streamline handoffs, and accelerate execution across the funnel.
Own system-related projects end-to-end - from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing support - partnering closely with GTM leadership on both strategic initiatives and ad-hoc needs.
Who you are
You have experience with integrating GTM systems via their APIs.
You’re not afraid to dig into the systems - spending time configuring them and learning best practices.
You can leverage SQL queries to build reports/dashboards, and can build in our GTM analytics tools.
You have cross functional experience working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
You’re able to manage multiple projects at one time, keeping stakeholders informed on progress on a regular basis.
You’re experienced in how new and AI-native GTM technologies can improve a GTM tech stack.
You have hands-on Salesforce CRM experience, with a wide understanding of GTM systems and integrations.
You’re familiar with GTM tools like Marketo, and JIRA, and how they support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows.
You have strong understanding of APIs and hands-on experience integrating GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) via API connections.
You have the ability to design and build systems that support Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions, including usage tracking, automated nurture flows, and PQL surfacing.
You’re proficient in SQL and familiarity with data modeling and database management to support reporting and analytics.
You have a proven ability to partner cross-functionally to develop integrations, automate workflows, and deliver insights that improve team efficiency and decision-making.
Nice to have
Understanding of API security, observability, and orchestration challenges in modern enterprise environments.
Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one GTM environments - you’ve helped launch or reposition products in fast-moving, dynamic markets.
