As a Marketing Specialist at GCE, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and managing digital marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our media team to develop and execute strategies across various platforms. What you will do:
- Develop and manage small to medium-scale Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display advertising campaigns to drive lead generation
- Create comprehensive project plans for campaign launches, including planning, management, and execution
- Analyze client needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize relationships with third-party media and affiliate marketing vendors
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing plans, including budget allocation and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with compliance services to ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements
- Participate in regular video conferences with internal teams and external stakeholders (minimum 3 per week)
What you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Certificate in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
- Knowledge of Excel
