We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships and closing deals. You should be comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and social selling.

What Will You Do?

Hunting for Leads: Research and identify potential clients through various channels.

Outreach: Initiate contact via phone, email, or social media to engage prospects.

Pitch Like a Pro: Establish authority with effective and persuasive communication.

Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and readiness of potential customers to determine fit.  Objection Handling: Address and overcome potential objections using persuasive language and product knowledge.  

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Smash Sales Targets: Consistently hit or exceed sales quotas month after month, quarter after quarter.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements
Hard Skills
  • Sales Techniques: Proficiency in various sales techniques, including needs-based selling, consultative selling, and solution selling.
  • CRM Proficiency: Expertise in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and build rapport.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant sales tools and technologies, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and sales automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
