Lead full‑stack developer responsible for designing and delivering scalable web applications using .NET, React/Next.js and Azure. Build RESTful APIs, implement CI/CD with Git/YAML, enforce clean coding and unit testing, design reusable patterns, work with non-relational databases (Cosmos DB/MongoDB), and collaborate in Agile cross‑functional teams to debug and triage end‑to‑end issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in fullstack development - .Net, React, Netx JS, Azure, WebAPIs
- Implement and uphold clean coding practices to ensure maintainable, scalable, and robust solutions.
- Develop reusable, modular design patterns for team-wide adoption.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Masterful knowledge of front-end markup technologies, including HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and YAML to automate builds and deployments.
- Contribute to unit testing and maintain a high standard of code coverage.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
